You can get help with your computer, iPad or smartphone without leaving your home.  

If you need help with any of your devices at home, you can get remote assistance without leaving your home.  Our talented team can help you to set up Zoom or Teamviewer on your device and get your usual lesson or tech help in the safety of your own home. 

How It Works

1. Download Zoom or Teamviewer to your laptop, tablet, or smartphone. It's free!
2. A tutor can connect to your device by sending you a link and guide you through a lesson or help with solving a problem.
3. At the end of the session, simply log off.
