During the Covid 19 pandemic, we have been offering lessons remotely using Zoom or TeamViewer. We are pleased to announce that we will  continue to offer these lessons. Many clients across Canada and USA have found it easy, convenient and safe to get the support they need by telephone, online and remote assistance.

Our offices at Suite 300, 25 Sheppard Avenue West were open for a limited number of private lessons  in the office with a personal tutor during the summer and fall. 

Following recommendations from the Health authorities in November, we will not be offering computer lessons to individuals, one on one or in home lessons during the lockdown period.  After the lockdown we hope to resume in home computer lessons and open our offices again. 

Health Precautions after lockdown:

The building management has taken extensive precautions to sanitise the building and placed markers for human traffic in and out. Regular disinfecting will be carried out during the day and social distancing protocols for all areas, including elevators, entrance, and exits.

Inside our office, there will be very limited number of people and each client will be in an enclosed office. The tutor will also wear a mask, face shield, gloves. All clients must wear a mask at all times during your visit.

Tutors will only see one client per day and their office will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after each client.

In home lessons
When the health authorities lift lockdown restrictions, we will start again, to have a limited number of in home computer training sessions.  If there is a time sensitive or urgent need and Zoom or remote tech support is not an option, we can visit, but only in extreme circumstances. Our tutors will wear masks and face shields and gloves at all times and we also ask that clients wear masks.

We are taking extreme measures to make sure we can deliver in-person lessons in future in a safe and healthy environment.
