FREE tech support for residents of Long Term Care Homes

During the Covid 19 Crisis, we are pleased to offer remote computer tech support to seniors in Long Term Care Homes in Toronto at no cost to them to help them stay connected with family and friends. We can teach you and help you to use Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, WhatsApp and many other video calling apps.

price reduction

As part of our commitment to seniors, we have reduced the rate for all seniors in Canada from $75/hour to $50/hour + Tax. Elderly clients in Long Term Care Homes will receive our services for FREE.

Retirement Homes Package

We offer special group packages for retirement homes and corporate clients to teach computer skills to residents and keep them connected to family and friends. These services are provided at a nominal fee part of our social enterprise program. Only our most qualified members of staff who have worked in retirement home, hospices and community programs for seniors do this work.

Our rates for the family connect service depend on various factors, including time of the live session, mobile network or WIFI used, and ease of setup.
