cancellation policyPlease note that we require 2 weeks notice to cancel booked workshops or group workshops otherwise there will be no refund. We are always willing to accommodate changing the dates if you wish to do so at no additional cost.
In the event that there is no set date or adequate communication regarding a failed booking for group lessons, we reserve the right to limit or deny any refund. In such event, we will be happy to provide lessons at a future date on the same terms as the original agreement or alternative format to suit changed circumstances. This condition applies if the failed booking due to no set date, lack of clarity, or poor communication was due to the client or Seniors Tech Services Incorporated.
