  • We can help with Windows PC or Apple Mac, and all other common technology devices in the home. ​

how does it work?

In order for us to help you remotely with your computer, you simply need to download a program called Teamviewer to your device.
Download Teamviewer below, either for Mac or PC: ​

  1. Double click on the file downloaded to install. 
  2. If your computer says "Allow this program to make changes to your computer?" Press Yes
  3. When it has finished installing the program simply double  click to open it.  You will see your i.d. and password. You can provide these numbers to the instructor to start the remote session.
  4. When the instructor sends a request to connect to your computer you should accept or pressed Yes. You can now start your computer lesson to get the help you need.
This is what the TeamViewer app look like when you have installed it. Your ID and Password are the two numbers our tutor or technician will use to connect to your device. The password changes all the time, for each session, and you decide when to allow or deny remote connections. You are in control. ​

  • We can help to set up your computer monitor, keyboard, printer,  no call out fee, so you save money.
  • Whether your need is with software (the programs on your computer) or hardware (the physical components of your computer), we can help you to set it up. 
  • We will come to you at your home or office and help you.
  • If we need to get extra components we will also bring them to you at no additional cost to you. 
  • Pricing: Our rate for technical support on site is $75 per hour.

Payments:
  • Payment is due the day of the repair or your training unless a payment plan has been set up.
  • Please have payment ready to give to your trainer at the end of each training session
  • We accept cash, cheque, debit and and credit cards

cancellations

Fees are charged where bookings are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time. The cancellation fee is $25.
                                                                                                          
​To avoid cancellation charges, please inform your technician or trainer of your intention to cancel your booking within 24 – 48 hours of the appointment time.   This way we are able to fill your place in the schedule with someone on the waiting list.
