We hosted our second webinar in FRENCH yesterday on Zoom! It was about Internet Safety and current Covid 19 scams. We are grateful for the opportunity to help seniors across Canada in both English and French during this challenging time.

Our professional, patient staff can also provide computer training and tech support in Farsi, Hebrew, and Russian, and we hope to add Mandarin and Hindi soon.

Do you have any old laptop or tablet lying around that you don’t use anymore or need? You can help a low income family or senior, right here in Toronto. 
 
Seniors Tech Services is collecting used laptops and tablets for low income families and isolated seniors who cannot afford to buy their own devices.  They are donated to reputable charitable organisations who serve poor families and seniors. You will receive a letter of acknowledgement and in some cases a tax receipt from the organisation, depending on the condition of the device.  We also donate devices directly to individuals.
 
Your laptop or tablet can help children from these families with online lessons, and seniors to stay connected with family and friends and attend virtual activities from seniors centres.
 
We will wipe all your data from the device and thoroughly clean and sanitise them before making arrangements for the donation.

Please let us know if you would like to participate in this program and we will contact you to arrange a safe, socially distanced pickup.

Computer lessons or tech support will be delivered on Zoom or in person when it is safe to do so at our offices, in home or even a coffee shop or park.  We will bring the Wi-Fi.

You can customise each gift certificate to your preference, 3 lessons, 5 lessons, 7 lessons and 10 lessons. Discount for higher lessons! Click on "3 Lessons $150.00 CAD" to see all options. There is a 5% discount for 5 or more lessons.

We will repeat the same webinars again within 3 months, and bring new topics too. We try to limit capacity to 300 - 500 seniors max at a time.
